Elf on the Shelf

 

On the day Snowflake arrived he was sitting on our smart board with a present!  He brought us the Elf on the Shelf book.

 

 

 

Snowflake wrote a note to the girls for having such a good day the previous day!

 

The girls held their candy canes from Snowflake all day long :)

 

He drew a picture later in the day while we were at recess!

Violet found a gift on the second day from Snowflake.  The Elf on the Shelf DVD!

We wrote about what Snowflake did each day during December.  We are now writing 4 sentences each day.  In January, we will start writing 5 sentences!!

Snowflake left us the recipe on how to make reindeer food so we learned how to make it!

Don't forget to sprinkle it around your lawn tonight!!

 

The LAST day Snowflake was at school, the 1/2 grade and 3/4 grade elves joined Snowflake and had a snowball fight in the hall.  Take a look at the mess they left us to clean up!!

 

Hunter reading the note Snowflake wrote!  He explained Santa let the elves stay over night at the school.  Apparently, the elves were on the PA system singing (so we were told by Mrs. Keller)
